Order Confirmation:
After initial confirmation email, allow 1-2 business days for processing. During this time, your order is being prepared for shipping.

Shipping Confirmation:
The second email with your tracking number is sent when your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods and Fees
We offer 2 international delivery services: Standard(3-7 Business Days), Express Shipping(1-3 Business Days).
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a customer needs to send multiple orders to more than one address, they must place separate orders and provide each address at checkout.
About Tax

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers.

Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Please note that according to customs regulations, Hikyskin cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that is lower than the actual product price.
Need to Know
Hikyskin is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, Hikyskin is not accountable for delays associated with the courier, including customs clearance.
Risk and Loss:
All items purchased from us are subject to a shipment contract. This implies that the risk of loss and title for such items transfers to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.
Claims Processing:
Hikyskin monitors and logs all reports of lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items. Lost, missing, or wrong/damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days of the order being marked as delivered. For wrong/damaged items, accompanying pictures must be submitted. Ulike retains the right to restrict and/or reject the reshipment and/or refunding of an order/item in all circumstances. In cases where a courtesy reshipment is issued, the reshipment order is not eligible for return and/or refund.
